V8 Nova New update Restart Issue

Hi,

Last December firmware(12 Dec & 17th Dec) having restart issues with V8 Nova. Kindly fix the issue in next release

So I just downgraded to 06/12/2018 update. Expecting the fixed FW soon.

New release(21/12/2018) also having the same restart issue. Kindly fix the same in next build.

It seems working if we do a fresh update with Allcode mode and not import old DB and user data.

Issue occurs when we connect WIFI... otherwise no restart issue..

before updating the software your box should be factory reset first
then upgrade with all codes

Can the wifi be turned off?

When we swith off our WIFI router, there is no restart issue. But how can we work with cccam and all without network.
Also the WIFI is using for other purposes as well(Mobile and laptop).

Hook up ethernet cable to router to sat box nova instead of using wifi.

Please check if your SN is XXXXX, please update the latest firmware, this issue has been resolved

right now, lastest firmware on 04-01-2018 is work fine, no have restart issue.
