today I connected the decoder. everything was ok until I switched the options on the other menu. I switched power on mode to enter standby mode. The decoder does not turn on from this time. turns on for a moment and turns off after 5 seconds.
How can I restore factory settings in this case, as I can not enter the menu and change anything from the TV remote control?

Othyers have reported this fault.
You will need to do a flash.bin recovery.
Save a copy of the unpacked software on a USB stick and rename it "flash.bin" and power on while repeat pressing the menu button.
