V8 Golden continuously reboots after new fimware V8_Golden_20190319

My V8 golden continuously reboots after 'V8_Golden_20190319' firmware upgrade ; please help.
I tried to 'flash.bin' method but it fails.

Hi I think i found the issue;
I renamed the Firmware file on the USB as 'flash' not as falsh.bin !
and it worked!

Any firmwere 2016 v8 golden flash.bin and use settop box back usb port or other method RS 232 cable
