Thanks is this a EMU Firmware or Orginal Firmware ?

Thanks for update - this is best version I've tried. Works fine in UK using Eutelsat/Astra 28A.
Very responsive and very reduced freezing.
Recordings seem OK but I haven't done long recordings yet.

I found this with the new software for the V7HD that included Constant CW.
What happened was when I deleted a code line from the Constant CW list the unit deleted more than just that line. More so if the line was in the middle of the list, not on the end.
When I returned I found more than one line deleted.
I have not had this with the Golden yet, but I have not been trying and deleting codes with the Golden.

Also I have found when you "Edit" a line sometimes it does not remove the former line.
You do not see this when you are in the list after editing but the line you choose to edit is still there along with the new edited line when you return to the list.
This may come form deleted lines being marked deleted in the memory rather than deleted; ie they are not removed.
I found this early on with Freesat units. If you deleted the codes you did not want found, they remained in the main code listing.

Once again I repeat, V8 super deletes the keys Biss.
Now I turned on the receiver, but there are no keys, again disappeared.

I do not have this problem occurring to any of my V8 super receivers.
I have checked and all biss keys are in receiver when softcam file was uploaded and no keys have ever been missing or deleted by receiver.
What are you doing when this is occurring.

It would be nice to know to see if it can be re-created on someone else's V8 super to see why.

How many keys in total do you have in your softcam.key file?

Are other types of key being deleted?

Does this happen after you have deleted one or more lines of biss code via the menu?

Last firmware soo were there for the event updates on the card negravision tiger reading and other encodings?
If not, one day there will be a chance to get this update?

I know that returning units to China costs more than buy a new one, I have lost with other brands that way.

Things to try; Try reloading the new software again, via USB or RS232.
Also add more lines to your softcam.key file, That may move your used lines to a part of memory that does not erase.
Also add some powervu lines as well.

I'm busy today. Tomorrow I will test my V8 Golden with your softcam.key file.

Good night. I have the V8 Super with this latest firmware update. Everything works perfect. But I ask the creators of the firmware that those, as it is my case, we use the Spanish language, keep in mind that in our language we have the letter "ñ" and the accents of the vowels. When we use the EPG, not recognizing the firmware and the "ñ", omits and it is very difficult to read the programming. I congratulate the creators of the firmware. Thanks for everything.
