Today i just thought of something..
When i first got my decoder i think it could rewind after iv paused my channel.. ?
It says PVR Ready.? So that means no HDD. Im using a 500GB external to record programs..
But today iv try to pause a channel. Doesnt pause.?
Is this normal? I thought if it is PVR Ready and keeps creating that "Timeshift" file thing? Isnt it suppose to be able to pause my channel and if i want to resume it just resume ? I believe bit did do that at first. That was in 2016 long time ago.. Is there a way to solve this? It will be nice to have a decoder acting as PVR?

Re: Freesat Decoders PVR READY?
Time shift has never worked that I know of.
Data stream recording don't work as well, so you can't record the data stream to get new keys from powervu home edition,
in other words the recording part of the freesat sucks.

Re: Freesat Decoders PVR READY?
There is a menu setting that has "Time Shift" / "ON" "OFF".
Check that you have that set to "ON".
I am having problems with the V8 not connecting to the USB stick.
I have to plug and unplug the USB many times before it is connected.
In the disconnected state the USB stick LED blinks on off slowly.
If the USB is not connected the time shift will not work.
