gtmedia v8 golden NO Data error.

hello friends,

I have a small issue from a few months, my Freesat v8 golden STB is not working properly Some times it freezes during work, and only cutting the power helps to restart. after I have updated to latest software the IPTV and other internet related services don't work.

A lot of "No Data or data error" during You tube use. when I tried to ping internally then it won't ping when the option is www.baidu.com and after setting www.google.com it's pinging perfectly but it won't let me save that.

please help me to resolve the issue thanks in advance.

Note -I have the latest update -22-08-20019
Connecting through my mobile hotspot & Tried from Pc hotspot.& Tried LAN connection also.
don't have any softcam key installed.
