No audio ICC biss key feed 2017

No audio ICC biss key feed 2017 cricket matches.All freesat boxes not support this sound format.all are mute.the new sound system is E-AC-3 sound format.mean Dolby Digital Plus. so pls build new firmwear for this sound format otherwise cant watch any biss key match feed.thank you

Yes, same as on me at SuperBird C2 (144E).
If stream in E-AC-3 then V8 Super APID has lost.
No APID (000) has get. No sounds.

Hope next firmware to solve that issue.

If the Apid is 0000 have you tried editing that channel in the channels editor and adding the Apid if you can find it listed on a web site like Lyngsat?

Hi,
It is a very good idea. APID is known.
I already tried it with my USB connection DSTB, but I did not hear any sound.
It seems that there is no function of E-AC-3. .
I have not tried it on V8 Super yet.

I manually entered APID.
However, the voice did not come out.
Unfortunately, it does not seem to be compatible with E-AC-3 audio.

We hope that FreeSat's technical team will fix this issue.
