Looks like a short circuit some where.
cable or lnb.

I agree. it looks like a short circuit on the cable.
Note: after a short on the LNB cable I find that the DiSEqC switch is damaged.
The switch input that was shorted will be "ON" at all times, so when you use the other port you will be connected to both ports. If it is a 4 port switch I have used the other port OK with the damaged port un used.

If you use a 22kHz switch it maybe fine, I have not tested shorts with 22kHz switches.

Hi fabian

As that is a single cable LNB with switching from 13 to 16 in side the LNB.

That switching is most likely using 13 volts / 18 volts for H and V and using 22kHz tone to switch from 13 to 16.

If your LNB setting in the "Antenna settings" menu is not set to a universal lnb (9750 / 10600) and one satellite set to "22kHz" "ON" (Probably 13e) you will not get both satellites.

You said
when i scan 13* the box auto starts.
Question:
Can you change channel to a channel on 13E with out the box crashing?

I have had Freesat boxes crash during scan when their channel list (the internal data in the unit) gets messed up.
To fix this I have deleted the satellite that was crashing and then re add it to the satellite list and re scan.
Another cause of crash during scan is if the memory is full, ie too many channels in the unit.

If all this fails it maybe that your twin LNB is faulty, but I would not say that if you can change channel to a channel on 13e.

You could turn your LNB upside down and swap the "antenna setting" of "22kHz" "ON" from 13 to 16 and see if you get 13 then.

You are welcome to PM with questions or continue here and if need be I can PM you my email so you can send me a copy of your user data base to check for you.

Yes that sounds like the same crash I have had many times. I think the internal channel list adds a lot of empty space and becomes full.
I have had this from the very first V7HD.

Solution: Delete the last sat scanned (Check the "ALL" channel list for the last channel/ sat) and add the sat again to the sat list before scanning again.
