V8 manufacturers!!! Please! Repair IPTV. HELP!!!

I have one freesat super v8, i have instaled my iptv list (tvlist.txt) and work fine, i have installed last firmware 24/05/2017. I do 3 or 4 Factory default and install the firmware, previusly back up softcam key and channels.

Thank you for trying to help me. But I have two tuners: V8 pro and A5S. The latest firmware on them is 09/09/2016. More recent no. The tuners behave the same way: when you try to download the IPTV, it says "Download data. Please wait." And that's all. I read the forum and concluded that many have such a problem. So the problem is common. I'm happy for you that everything works for you. But I would like that we also worked. Or let the developers release for us also a new firmware. Please! Thank you again.

For me, cause of problem , May be difference play IPTV with Freesat v8 golden so web server add user-agent for decode media player device.
Before change, I can put IPTV link into Freesat v8 golden and normal Play IPTV channel list.
after yesterday. Web server change decode with User-Agent. need to add #EXTVLCOPT:http-user-agent=All

Thank You! But I have no way to edit the entire playlist, but only my own user playlist. System hangs at the stage of loading the playlist included in the firmware tuner FreeSat V8 Pro. Is any one know how to add user-agent in to playlist iptv.
I using iptv with user-agent at my android perfect player in this format:

I'm using with my zgemma enigma2 in this format:

The problem is that i don't know and i can't find any possible to add user-agent and play iptv at my v8 gold
