Please you could check audio botton on remote and push arrow left- right for select audio.

please check the following:
1)main menu/system/av setting/Audio out ---> LPCM out
2)full screen playing channel , Press audio key to change the audio channel.

This is already set

There is no other audio channel, only AC3, so no sound is outputted.
Can you please add AC3 support?
V8 Golden supported AC3/E-AC3 source decode.
Could you help to record ts file to me?

Are your preview settings and record sound settings the same? They should be.....
If only I could get those figured out, Id use Golden Video to convert many VHS tapes to movies, and then to DVD.
I cant get sound no matter what method I try. The picture quality is beautiful on preview and record, but I have NO SOUND.

some channel no sound becuase of firmware problem, Please inform to delvelop freesat service at
service@freesat.cn (record TS files and send to them more 200 MB).
