power is off when i updating help

when i update my super v8 the power became off and when the power on i boot the reciver it show me only a table please help me

To do a flash restore:
Place a copy of the software (Freesat V8) on your USB stick and rename it to "flash.bin".
With the usb in your V8, Power on while repeat pressing "Menu" on the remote control.
Updat... in the front and the unit should reload the software.
