Hola,tengo un problema con un decorado V8 golden lo enciendo y pone ON en el display y no hace nada como lo puedo resucitar?,gracias.

Prueba varias veces, hay gente que ha necesitado hasta 10 intentos para que les cargase el firmware mediante este método.
No te olvides de renombrarlo a flash antes de meterlo al USB, pero dejándole la extensión .bin tal cual la tiene el firmware original.

Renómbralo a flash.bin sin más y mételo tal cual en el USB, pero sin meterlo en ninguna carpeta ni nada.

Hola he hecho lo que me han dicho pero sigue igual ,por lo que he leido hay que enchufarlo a un traves del cable rs232 pero que archivos le tengo que poner?gracias.
