Problem v8 super cccam HD

Hello, I couldn't find the solution to fix an error of my new Freesat V8 super.
The problem is that I can't open the HD channels of my cccam line. It is working well in other receiver.
Do anybody know if this protocol cccam is not valid for a specific region or something like this?

Hello, I've detected that the problem occurred with the channels with Nagra3 encryption.

Is our receiver compatible with this encryption?

I have the same problem with hd channels, what is this nagra3? How can we decrypt it.

Hi, nagra3 is nagravision3 a video codification system. But I'm not sure that this is the problem.
I don't understand what is happens with HD channels and freesat V8 super.
I know freesat v7 and openbox/skybox v8s are working without problems.

The question is, can we flash our freesat with a firm from openbox or skybox v8 super? Maybe it will fix the error.
