My V8 Super reboot constanly my modem

I just give up. My V8s reboot my modem after hi get conect to cccam. I try wi-fi conection and wired conection same problem. I have latest firemware insatll. I think it my by modem so we have yeasterday technican an he repalce modem and power unit for new . Same story, Is this my by firemware or c: lines? I im using iptv on him works fine. Any idea guys.
