DiseQC 1.1 configuration

I am using one DiseqC 1.1 with 7 dishes.
When configuring on my old Enigma2 decoder I used the following configuration
Sat1 DiseqC 1.0 -> AA (or 1) and DiseqC 1.1 -> 1
Sat2 DiseqC 1.0 -> AB (or 2) and DiseqC 1.1 -> 1
Sat3 DiseqC 1.0 -> BA (or 3) and DiseqC 1.1 -> 1
Sat4 DiseqC 1.0 -> BB (or 4) and DiseqC 1.1 -> 1
Sat5 DiseqC 1.0 -> AA (or 1) and DiseqC 1.1 -> 2
Sat6 DiseqC 1.0 -> AB (or 2) and DiseqC 1.1 -> 2
Sat7 DiseqC 1.0 -> BA (or 3) and DiseqC 1.1 -> 2

I cannot connect my dishes 5, 6 and 7 with my V8 Gold and a DiseqC 1.1; No problem with dishes 1, 2,3 and 4
Can anyone tell me what configuration to use in order to be able to connect all my satellites ?

The V8 Golden DiSEqC 1.1 settings have the 1 - 16 port numbers late in the listings.
The first settings are only ports 1-4.

Use the setting "2Cas: port 5", 6, 7 etc.
