Sin señal algunos TP

Tengo un freesat v8 Golden que se le va la señal "coge señal y se va a cero" con estos TP de Astra 19,2E
los demás TP se ven sin problemas

Probado en otra antena distinta y hace lo mismo se le va la señal

Re escanea nuevamente todos los transponder de dicho satelite.

Mira la frecuencia 10818 le he subido 5 10823 me coge señal 90/80 pero se pixela y se queda sin señal luego vuelve pixelalado y sin señal
y asi las todas las frecuencias que digo anterior casi todas HD los demas canales se ven todos bien por ejemplo AXN HD coge 90/80
Es raro por que son algunos transpordedores
pero no se a que te refieres con que actualize los transpordedores

Haz un blind scan, de seguir igual chequea la alineacion de antena y lnb.

If the TP 10818 is scanning in at 10823 then your LNB is off frequency by 5Mhz, if this new 10823 is from doing a blind scan.

If your LNB is off frequency then doing a "blind scan" will return the correct frequencies for each TP.
You can look at the working V8 Golden and see the working frequency for this TP in that V8.

Bien ya he hecho la búsqueda ciega cuando instale el aparato y ahora he escaneado todos los tp con búsqueda ciega de nuevo y sigue igual
Le pongo la lista de canales del otro Freesat V8 Golden que funciona bien y nada igual los TP que cito arriba parecen que estan locos viene señal se va
son problemas de algunos HD los SD se ven bien e cambiado el HDMI nada sigue igual lo he puesto con euro-conector "SCART" por si fuera la salida del HDMI nada se corta sigue igual "No los veo en HD pero se cortan" otros canales HD que se ven no se cortan
He llegado a la conclusión que es del deco

Dijiste que con otro receptor (mismo modelo) se ven bien y te han aconsejado más arriba que hagas una copia del software de ese receptor (Menú - volcado USB) y se lo metas al receptor que falla, a ver si sigue igual.
También te han comentado que compares la frecuencia que te marca en ese transponder en un receptor y en el otro, a ver si es la misma.

Do you mean that the TP and channels work with "list of channels of the other Freesat V8 Golden"?

Check what "AV" settings you have in the V8 that works and the V8 that does not work.
Things like Pal or NTSC or Auto.
Resolution settings too.

Cuando venga mi vecino comprobare su Freesat v8 Golden la configuración con el mio y le descargare sus datos por USB y se los pondre al mio
La cogiguracion esta en 1080i sistema PAL o NTFS esta en Automatico

He hecho una busqueda ciega para actualizar transpordedores
Por ejemplo Frecuencia 10818 intensidad 90 Calidad 80 mejor que antes pero salen pixelados imagen y sonido y alguna que otra vez se corta Intensidad 0 Calidad 0 luego al rato entra otra vez pero igual pixelado

Resolucion 1080i
Relacion 16.9
Audio LPCM
El vecino viene el lunes para pasar sus datos al mio y probaremos

Me he bajado sotfware nuevo y instalado y ajustes de fabrica
Le he hecho búsqueda ciega al astra en Vertical
Y sigue igual
Algunos TP por ejemplo 11439 ni lo pilla he tenido que rectificarlo por 11436 que es el suyo
Se lo he hecho manual al TP 11436 y no encuentra ningún canal en esa frecuencia

Are you sharing the dish with your neighbor?

If you are and this is done through a splitter, then when your neighbor's unit is on a H tp (18v) you will not be able to watch a V tp (13v).

If the second V8 you tried that worked was your neighbor's, then it worked because it was the only unit on the sat dish at that time.

If both units are on a V TP both will work.

A solution is to use a twin output LNB, or have your neighbor turn "OFF" their unit when they are not watching.

Also if you are using a Universal LNB through a splitter, when one unit uses the high side the other unit will fight to go back to the low side. This will give a broken picture.

tampoco fallan los mismos TP lo mismo en mi casa que en la suya con antenas individuales
Me ha dicho un compañero que puede ser problema del sintonizador "tuner"
Que podemos hacer tiene un mes y los TP de antes nunca se han llegado a ver

Does this mean you are getting TP's like 12188 H 27500 and 12051 V 27500 and 10921 H 22000 ?
That is: are you getting TP's from the high band "H", the high band "V" and the low band "H" ?

Have you tried setting the LNB to 9750, Auto, 22kHz "Off" and see what you get then.
Do you get the tps 10818 V 22000 2/3 through 11436 V 22000 2/3?

If you do have a Universal LNB like this then your setting should be:
LNB Frequency: 9750 / 10600
Polarity: Auto
22kHz: (Auto)

Other settings like DiSEqC, should be set to "Disable"
The motor setting should be "None"

If there is a LNB power fault in your V8 Golden it could affect the low band V channels.

Do you have a signal splitter or a satellite finder?

If so connect the splitter or finder in the LNB cable at you V8 Box.
This will add some load to the V8 Golden's power supply and may stop the picture break up.

Voy a explicar que el Freesat V8 Golden esta configurado ahora mismo igual que el del vecino "que funciona Bien" todo los ajustes, la red, la instalación, las herramientas o sea todo igual paso por paso
Mi Freesat Reinicio de Fabrica y lo configuro de nuevo le hago una búsqueda ciega y sigue igual
Bajo los datos por USB de mi Freesat se los paso al del vecino y se ve todo sin problema en el mio seguimos igual
Intentare hacer lo que me digas pero esta claro que falla el Freesat V8

Que quieres decir splitters o attenuator
El splitters "Divisor" no amplifica la señal solo la deriva a varios televisores
El attenuator "Atenuador" es el que ajusta la entrada de potencia

I have found that adding a splitter to the LNB cable adds some power load (13 / 18v) and some impedance (power spike resistance) to the circuit.
This helps stop the over current protection from tripping in.

I use DiSEqC 1.1 and DiSEqC 1.0 switching with over 20 dishes connected to my units.
With out the splitter I get nothing.

If you have one it is worth a try.

If the channels you most want to watch are on vertical TP's and you do not need those channels on the H TP's, you could rotate your LNB through 90 degrees so that you use what is the H receiver of the LNB for V.
You would need to re blind scan once you have rotated the LNB.
I would suggest setting up a new sat for this.

Que yo sepa no existe servicio técnico oficial como tal, es decir que no existe un distribuidor oficial que te pueda mandar a casa a un técnico especializado en este receptor.
Como mucho puedes probar suerte con algún antenista para que vaya y haga comprobaciones en la antena, LNB, cableado, conexiónes, etc.
A mi me fallaba con otro receptor de otra marca en una parábolica comunitaria, y un antenista vino hizo mediciones de señal, de impedancia, etc. y al final lo pudo solucionar (redujo cableado, anuló tomas de antena y otras cosas). Desde entonces ya no me falla con ningún receptor.
