Can someone tell me how to update the North American satellite list in the Freesat V7? Thanks in advance.

You can do a blind scan of each sat. This will find any new channels.
You can add any new channels to your favorite list as you need.

If there are new sats then add a sat to the sat list and scan it too, if you have a dish pointed at that sat.
