Thanks chicolin,
Please tell me specific settings. If I can do.
Biss keys, It work except HEVC(H.265) channel.
Occasionally BISS key will be worked HEVC but no video will come out this time.
It is only audio. like my V8 super. Of course V8S can not decode HEVC.
My V8 NOVA is now in the same state as V8S.

What satellites does this occur in?
Band C or Ku?
Does it only occur in 'blind search'?

Ever tried searching for TP?

Only their software engineers can remove it. How come they never see this when they run the box everyday?! This will scare away potential buyers because the message keeps poping out when changing channels, very annoying and wasting time.

This happen to model GTMedia V7S also.

I believe they are already working on this as they are writing down the complaints to make the improvements in the next firmware update.

Both the V8 Nova and the V7S are new receivers, and they have the firmware to adjust yet.

I believe we will have good news soon.
Each report here is important for the improvement of the next att.

I have already made several suggestions for improvements for both the new V8 that I will use for recording and the V71HD Finder, and I am sure they will be implemented as soon as possible.

And if you do the TP search, one by one, does it lock in too?
Restart?

That would be a serious problem.
