Was looking to get signal on the galaxy 19 satellite 97.0W for TP 12060 H 22000 ,Have a 90 cm dish and universal LNB 0.1 db . We live in Winnipeg Canada .We can't get enough signal intensity and quality .No channels coming up in blind scan. Dish is aligned good. What can be our problem?

Thats depend of some LNBF model,you need to skews LNBF (rotate Right or Left with a good degre) try this: http://www.geosatfinder.com/ and you will find more info here. Enter your info. You can get a complete liste of satellites + infos for north america. Maybe you need to adjust you dish again. Simply try a other receiver.
