HI ,i do not know why ,but after receiver ,,off" - lost biss keys , why ? i load it but If the receiver is turned off / on, the biss keys disappears.
V8 super...

Storage is getting full. Try deleting old and dupliicated keys to make room.

I save 12 biss keys, but after the receiver is turned off / on, they are not at all - lost

You saved 12 keys, so you are adding more keys. You need to Delete or erase, Also 12 is a very small amount. You need to clean and delete more

These new decos are cleaning key, but they are inside working fine.

There was a bug some time back, a year or more, that had the keys missing when you reboot.

If you are not using the latest software try upgrading.

This issue if disappearing biss/powervu keys has always been there since inception.

No matter latest SW or old SW there is no way to save the keys you stored,its disappearing each time when you switch off and on..

Do you keep your biss keys on USB as a back up for when you turn your receiver off.
Why do you need to switch the receiver off all the time !!

You mean to say is stb should be on 24/7 even when not in use??your above comment os not practical brother...
