Problems with V8super on 70w

Dear members, since the last 2 weeks, several freesat owners have reported the same problem again and again, and the thing is that suddenly they get the encrypted channel message, even though the server is connected, and the problem can only be corrected erasing all channels and re scanning the sat.
It has happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks, and my question is: Is this problem due to changes made by the provider, or is it a bug in the latest firmware?
Strange thing is that it only happens with freesat receivers.

Some other makes of receiver automatically update any changes to the SID VPID APID etc that change on the sat.

Freesat units do not do this.

It could be this.

When the change happens, does the SID Pid's etc change?
Maybe the PayTV providers have auto update units and know that Freesat does not, so they change to upset the Freesat users.
Good idea for the providers if they are.
