The V8 Super get stuck when you are zapping channels very fast.

If you wait till the V8 grab properly the channel, you won't see the V8 stuck.

but that should not happen I think that could be resorved easily, should get an update so that does not happen because it is very annoying when that happens

That's right, the processor is the problem

I find if the signal is weak, the processor is busy correcting errors. This is even more so with HD channels.
I have had channel changes wait for a few seconds before changing channel when this happens, as if the processor is stuck correcting errors and has not seen the channel change command.
I also have had crashes with this.

There is an option inside the menu to set the box to change channels slower to avoid that. Also, make sure the box is ventilate, some models used to get stuck when playing HD channels while they get hot.
