This was planned for the FiFA cup long ago and they just implemented.
However on your specific channel I am afraid I can not help you out I Can get from 30W to 135W North America, your is out of sight for me

MTN and many other powervu providers have changed to PowerVu Hash mode 10.1 in combination with Verimatrix encryption. CAID 5604.
Until a hacker posts a hack for this encryption no channels will be seen.
The word is that the hackers have been arrested or told they will be if they post a hack for powervu again.
