V8 golden youtube data error & iptv not working& machine block

I have a receiver freesat V8 golden , you tube wasn’t upload videos and give data error , the IPTV in (abroad) does not work and the device stops working and must be separated from the electricity and run again Do these faults software or hardware and what is the solution .I have latest firmware but IPTV & you tube not working at all. “These problems are faced by many of the users of this device“ please specify another way to contact with the manufacturer to fix of these devices faults to be quick on the company's website because the forum method useless and possible do not get a solution to the problem as is the case( notice: I posted this message more than 3 times and not any feed back to fix the problems )
