IPTV for https website play so slowly

i just got the webiiste iptv programme such as :https://english.streaming.aljazeera.net ... x1296.m3u8 . I found https website played so slowly while http website smoothly. pls technical support revised the firmware for V8Golden receiver to slove this issue.
