No responde al mando

Desde hace 2 días el receptor freesat v8 Nova, a dejado de responder al mando a distancia, por mucho que presiono las teclas no responde, he probado el mando en otro receptor y sin problemas, el aparato lo he desconectado de la corriente y sigue igual, también he reseteado el router y nada de nada, la señal de recepción del mando a distancia ha muerto.
A alguien más le ha pasado, por que he visto un vídeo por Internet de como a otro usuario le pasa pero con un Freesat v7.

Try a flash.bin recovery.

Place a copy of the unpacked software (the .bin file) on a USB stick and rename it "flash.bin"
With the USB in the unit, power on while repeat pressing "Menu" on the remote. You must use the V7 remote on the V7.
The unit should reload the software.

Also other users say that you must use a USB stick, not a card holder etc and that stick must be 32Gb or under.

He intentado lo que me describes, y no ha funcionado, al no recibir señal del mando no reconoce la tecla menu, y no ha servido de nada meter la imagen en la memoria USB.
De todas maneras gracias por tu ayuda.-

Tiene conexión RS232 para flashearlo no??, quizá por ahí se pueda hacer sin usar el mando. A ver si nos iluminan.

Try the recovery flash.bin with the same software version you had in the unit when it crashed.

No ha funcionado tampoco, definitivamente es una avería en el piloto receptor de la señal del mando, al parecer es de muy mala calidad, el vendedor ya me ha atendido y me informa que van a enviarme otro aparato de sustitución.
Espero que ayude a otros que le haya ocurrido lo mismo, los que no lo tengan en garantía que sepan que tendrán que sustituir ese pequeñito receptor de señal del mando.
