Freesat not moving dish mover

I have a super8 suddenly it stopped moving my dish mover
I replaced it with the second super eight and did a dump from the original one and everything is moving fine. How do I repair the first one? Where do I send it for repair. Also I have never been able to update. I certainly could use help with all these issues and more.

Do a backup of all your settings and keys from the receiver that is working, then do a factory reset on the receiver that is not working and reload all your settings to see if that will fix it.
