Angel V8 and J.83B

Today I receive an Angel V8, my idea is use it with my DVB-C J.83B provider.
I get signal in "Signal Check" but not lock.
How can I solve it?
Here we use symbol rate 5360

V8 Angel don't support J.83B now.

Freesat support are really really bad, I waste my money with their products.

They sold Angel V8 with J.83B support and after my problem they remove the feature.
They should update the buggy driver!
