return the decoder does not work well

very disappointed with this decoder and therefore I will repay it does not work as it should, it has many bugs
1 can not make a list of channels in conditions, no software to make it as other decoders
2nd is impossible to see a channel without displaying "scrambled program" all the time
3rd impossible to see netflix app incompatible with the version of android
4th very slow zap channels
5th menus very slow and generally all
