V9 Pro remote control keeping blinking

My remote control power button on the control tv keep blinking non stop. I did not activate to learn my tv remote control. I try holding it for 5sec but it still blinking non stop no matter what i do. Cant use the remote at all when it blinking. Please help.

This could be because a button is stuck down.
Check that your batteries are good too.
It could also be from dirt on the board inside the remote.
To open these remotes press both your thumb nails into the crack along the side and work the remote open with care.
Check the board for dirt in the area of the programmable buttons.
Check the pads on the rubber buttons for dirt too.
