DAB+ (D1)firmware（10/12/2018） All four files needed?

Hey friends,
after any tries the firmware-update was successfully for me. But in the zip are also following two files:
GTMEDIA-D1-J2018-12-10-12_10_1_dv_merge.rel
GTMEDIA-D1-J2018-12-10-12_10_1_dv_merge.bin
For what are those two files and should I put this two files also in the "update"-process, like *Boot.rel and *App.rel ?
