Problem with codecs v8 super???

Hello, I need help, I have a problem with the super freesatv8, in iptv some movies do not play well the video or the device is blocked, however those same links with a pc and the vlc program if play without problem.
with another decoder have iptv plays the links without problems.
I can send a test to investigate the problem, and can repair it with an update.
It is not with all the movies, other movies play them without problems, I think it is some codec that does not have installed.
It is very important for me to repair this little mistake, thank you very much.
