channels missing on Hotbird GTS 4K Android DVB S2

Hello there
I just recently bought GTS 4K Android DVB S2 and after scanning the Hotbird satellite I've got only over 1300 channels. I tried all available scan options like "auto-scan", "blind" and "accurate". The strength and quality of my satellite dish shows 95% for both. Also my other satellite receiver manages to scan over 4000 channels.
I will appreciate for any help.

GTC and GTS still under fixing of problems. Once you report the problem GT Media will replicate the problem and will try to find solutions. At this moment it is new year Chinese holidays until Feb 12. Meanwhile, you can keep playing around and see if you find a workaround. if you are NOT using any switch you can try using port 1 in Diseqc 1.0 even if you dont have one and test. You can also try turning off/ on you 22k settings and test

That’s what my other box managed to find. Obviously not all of them working but it’s over 4000 on the list.
Also my point to post this subject was not that I need 4000 channels. I’ve got plenty of missing that I want to watch and I’m able to watch them on my other receiver.

on my GTS I can find about 1400 TV channels from hotbird13, and I dont miss any channel from my digital provider.
maybe 1700 is TV + Radio.

the best thing is that I have two identical devices. both after the update were fired in the same way.

I also have the same problem. I have gmedia gts with a fetched upgrade to 6.2.40 and I can not update it after OTA. No channels from Poland. And no help from freesat technicians

I’ve got some of them but quite few is missing.
You can try to do what I was adviced in one of these posts (I didn’t have time to try yet) or just wait till problem is fixed.

Same problem for me on astra 19.2
I got only around 600 channels. Eleven sport 1&2 (Belgium) missing and to much other channel

I was ok with it too. But after the damaged updated 6.2.40 it stopped working. The only question is how long I will be waiting for an update by OTA.

I have got same problem with amos 4w. So, problem must be decided.

I already got rid of my GTS 4K box. The idea was good to have satellite receiver and iptv box all in one but instead of enjoying it I spent too much time palying with it. Also some of the downloaded apps were difficult to operate with GTS remote control. I got the other 4K/combo box not from GTmedia and have no problems at all.
