I tried OTA upgrading but when installing gives error. Can you please give me download link for this new upgrade

Hello, please provide your error picture, which version you are from OTA to version 51, you need to upload a cloud disk before it can be provided to you

i have given the information because online upgrade message is not showing when switching on my GTC. if online upgrade did not work with me what i have to do? give me link of firmware and I will update it manually through USB stick.

If you want to solve the problem then you have to reset your box, if you can backup your db. After your reset connect your box to internet and do not skip the update.
Do it at your own risk.

Tengo GT MEDIA GTS yo lo he actualizado correctamente pero persisten problemas añejos:
1.- No se puede cambiar lenguaje audio en canales power vu desencriptados
2.- No se puede ver llaves tandberg en el softcam del receptor, solo webif.
3.- No se puede meter manualmente llaves tandberg, solo a travez de webif
4.- Freez in algunos canales con buena calidad de señal.
En otros receptores GT MEDIA v8 super, v8 orange, funciona bien todo lo anterior, solo en GTS no.
Linning, no es posible corregir todo lo anterior?

I have GT MEDIA GTS I have updated it correctly but old problems persist:
1.- You can't change audio language on decrypted power vu channels
2.- You can not see tandberg keys on the receiver softcam, only webif.
3.- You can't manually put tandberg keys, just through webif
4.- Freez in some channels with good signal quality.
On other GT MEDIA v8 super receivers, orange v8, it works well all of the above, only on GTS does not.
Linning, isn't it possible to correct all of the above?

You can try again, we have configured the latest 49 version 50 version, OTA upgrade to 51 version

I have GTS dvb-s2 2 / 8gb but there is still no upgrade to version GTS.A6.2.51 , when will it be?

En mi GTC con numero de serie GC2A, que tiene la versión del firmware C20.A6.3.50, no aparece el mensaje de actualización y cuando me voy a la opción de actualizar
dice que ya tengo la ultima versión, ¿sera posible que me ayudas enviándome el link de descarga del firmware C20.6.3.51? y así poder aplicar la actualización manual.

In my GTC with serial number GC2A, which has firmware version C20.A6.3.50, the update message does not appear and when I go to the update option

Ou existe incompatibilidades relativos aos numeros de series de cada box ?
Se eu gerar um dump do meu box , posso compartilhar somente com as box de mesmo numero de serie ?
Or are there incompatibilities regarding the serial numbers of each box?
If I generate a dump of my box, can I share only with boxes of the same serial number?

Yes...there are V2 and V3 versions of the GTC, they look identical, only the serial number will tell you the version. See this thread for more info >>

That is why the updates are done OTA so people will not put in the wrong firmware.
