What model are you referring to? If is the V8UHD the CA option was move to another place. If you are using GTC ot GTCombo them no need to go inside the instalattion section. Just hit Menu followed by 6666

Need to unplug the combo? and use the keyboard? You need to turn off the remote

On the remote, Home / Settings / Remote & Accessories / OK , you should see a Green Sg with a white cross,(GTMedia Connecter / Move curser to this / OK, New window opens / Move curser to Unpair / OK / New window / OK, Job done, Exit to Home page, go to DVB / OK.

i have just carried out this, to get to the softcam of this receiver, which i carried out as follows.

Menu / Installation / OK / Move curser to CA Information / 6666 / CS Protocol comes up / Move curser to this / OK / Then action as you wish.
Make sure the remote is right in line with the receiver, you may have to press hard on the remote, to make this to work.
