@EnoSat

The only difference is the price, the receivers are identical :D
The GTX Twin will be released later.

thanks for the answer,
one writes with WiFi, the other without WiFi,
one writes CI built-in, the other writes CI optional

PS: I'm curious how it processes 8K from 42E/12605V

The description changes but the GTX Combo has no variants ;)
Maybe just a second option slot for CAM.

And most important differences with GT Combo are?
- 8K
- Internal Hard Disk
- CI (x2)
- AV output

Anything else?

Thx!

I have for some time been looking out for the new GTMedia GTX-Twin unit on Aliexpress.
Google search did find this odd BLUE unit that listed 4k 8k, but following the link never showed it.
See picture below.

It may be that as it is listed as able to receive 8k, while only displaying 4k, it may be able to process 4:2:2 high bit rate feeds (60-70Mb/s 4k 4:2:2), that for now on the GT Combo do not process.
The main player may be one that has 4:2:2 standard.
The price is HIGH.

Nice to have AV output as well, as back up if the hdmi fails, as many users report happens on many models.

Will look at ordering one.

Hi

Looking at this GTX Combo unit.

The "SATA-HDD"
What type of SSD would that take?

I see three types red green and blue?

I think It's HDD or SSD, but not both, and the description says "HDD" (hxxp://es.aliexpress.com/item/1005005470221999.html).

And if it was SSD, description would show that as a quality feature, but you can't see the "SSD" word anywhere.

On the other hand, HDD is fast enough for this, so there isn't really need for a SSD...

Hi

HDMI out supports up to 8K@24Hz, so 4K2K@60Hz, 4K2K@50Hz and other outputs can all be supported. But first the TV you use needs to support these formats.

Vai abrir canais e powervu, além que estão sendo abertos ? Pois se for os mesmos canais não vale a pena adquirir.

I think the description HDD is for the slot, not the device you put in it.
With SATA-HDD bracket
My confusion is the three types of SDD, Blue / 3D NAND, Red / NAS, and Green / plain.

It seams that these three types are an extra software in the drive to do things there like multiple saving at the same time.

Question is do all three types work on the GTX.

• Black: hard drive that pursues the best performance

• Red: hard drive for NAS and file sharing

You're right.

No hard drive sold. Just the SATA slot.

Sorry.

You mean they'll make one with three tuners?

Thanks!
