GT combo net issue

In my country have some Network problem. Sometimes net speed become very slow for sudden.
In that time net speed start buffering.
If it’s happened my box goes hanged.
Because when its happened after that any remote button Will not working.
Even Power button also not work.
Only solution if power off from main supply then ON again.
If i keep- as it is, for long time after few minutes one massage box appear in tv screen as follows.

Bluetooth keeps stoping.
App info.
Close app

In next update keep this issue on your mind. This is my Request to the technical team.

Try un pairing your remote and use it as a IR normal remote.

It may be that the unit is busy with the net and does not refresh the Bluetooth and thinks the remote is de coupled.

Note after you use the remote to "Un Pair" it in he android menus, the unit will still look for remote commands from Bluetooth. You need to power off / on to then use the IR remote.

Also the Bluetooth remote can do odd things if the batteries are low.

You can also use other GT Media remote on the Combo.
