You can only have one Bluetooth device connected.
Unpair the remote and use it on IR mode so your other BT device can work.

The control was already connected, it is working and suddenly the message came out and the control stopped working....
I wasn't trying to connect anything via Bluetooth, because I already know Bluetooth doesn't work just for control
another failure for a change

Check the batteries in the remote.
