Unable to watch China TV Scrambled channels on LaoSAT 1 128.5E Satellite with GTX Combo

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical issue I am experiencing with my GTX Combo device. I am unable to watch China TV Scrambled channels through the LaoSAT 1 128.5E Satellite.

Despite inserting the CA card provided by LaoSAT into the GTX Combo, I am still unable to view any of the paid TV programs. However, the CA card functions perfectly when used with the original LaoSAT device.

I have already verified that my GTX Combo is running the most recent firmware version.

Kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I rely heavily on the ability to access China TV Scrambled channels, and this issue is causing significant disruption.

I need help understanding the requirements for a 'Suitable' card. As shown in the attached image, this card is machine-readable. I've verified that the card is unencrypted and free of any PIN lock (the card info showed in the LaoSAT original receiver). To aid in troubleshooting, the machine's specifications should include details about compatible CA card. I suspect the problem may stem from a missing software or hardware decoder in the machine.
