GT COMBO, RJ PORT BLOQUED

A few days ago, after a system failure in the GT MEDIA COMBO, the RJ port that comes with the device was blocked, it only works through WI FI, but it was very slow, I want to go back to the previous update of the GTCOMBO_v2.0_C20. A9.1.27_20231117
because the latter had many failures and reboots, could you help me by providing me with firmware prior to the latest version

Hace unos días después de un fallo de sistema en el GT MEDIA COMBO, el puerto RJ que vienen en el dipositivo quedó bloqueado, solo funciona mediante el WI FI, pero quedó muy lento, quiero regrsar a la anterior actualización de la GTCOMBO_v2.0_C20.A9.1.27_20231117
porque esta última tenia muchos fallos y reinicios, podrían ayudarme proporcionandome los firmwares anteriores a la ultima versión
