GTX Combo stuck in boot, how to recover?

Hello
My new GTX Combo has suddenly reset and now is stuck on boot.
Can you help me please to get it in recovery mode, or any other suggestion to make it work again?

First try another 12V 2A power supply.
Also boot with all things disconnected, USB SSD cables and plug in the HDMI after boot on the front display.

After that you will need to do a forced recovery.

I have tried other power source, but the receiver is still stuck in boot mode.
I have read the info in your link, but those are for GT series, and mine is model GTX combo.
Mine doesn’t have a reset switch on the bottom on the box.
Do you have any other suggestion, please?

I opened and removed the circuit board from my GTX and yes I can not see a reset button marked..

There is a four pin location just above the CPU that looks like the reset, but I would like advise from GT Media to confirm that.

I'm still waiting for someone from GT Media Support to tell us (here or in PM) how to get the GTX in recovery mode.
In case that there isn't other easier way besides a jumper or a switch, I have taken some pictures of the main board.

Hi.
Thanks for the picture.

I have tried to power up the receiver while pressing that white button, nothing happens, except sometimes fan stops working.
On TV display appears only GT Media, the whole time, nothing else.

Can you please tell me the exact procedure to get the GTX in recovery mode?

You use the file still in the .zip folder on the USB.
Do not unpack it.

On the TV screen I have only GT Media, with no other info.

Hello, you must disconnect the device from the electricity first, then press the white button, connect the device to the electricity, and continue pressing the white button for a while until the recovery appears on the TV.
