Problam network

What is the reason for connecting some applications in the device? Why does it give a network access error? I chose both Wi-Fi and LAN options, but none of them responded. Why is there such a problem with the software? Is there an update?

Maybe your net provider is blocking the TV box as some do to prevent card sharing.

Try a different network, like your phone as a hot spot,
