Just got a new Freesat GTC and all work fine with me except i can not find the Parental Control or the channels Lock
can you please help me in this point

now ,the new version 29 is OTA,but lock the channels is very slowly.
so ,we close this function in version 29.
And then ,we wll fix it asap and OTA it. Thank you.

If you save your user data and open the .xml file with a xml editor you can edit the setting for "Parental Lock" and reload your data.

I found and used this one:
xmlcopyeditor-1.2.0.12-install.exe
This is an XP version but there are other versions for modern windows too.
To be able to change data you need to got to the xml pull down menu and click on lock tags.
