Freesat Gtc Personal video Recording sound problem

Some audio format not support pvr recording, video only , no sound
plz solve this problem.

Are you performing PVR with encrypted programs and power vu?

Fta channels recording no sound problem, powervu, cccam encrypted channels record no sound video only.

i installed gtc new OTA upgrade, but still pvr recording channels no sound. plz solve this error
