After restart DVB-S/S2 signal problem

Post by rohitpoint »

Hello,

Today after restart the box (power failure), 60% DVB-S/S2 channel have no signal. But 40% channel working.

I tried factory reset the box, and check everything but still channels not coming.....

I tried v7hd with same cable and got around DVB-S S2 700+ channels.... But with GTC now I'm getting only 290 channels.

Tomorrow I'll downgrade ROM through usb update option to see if it working or not.... But if anyone have any solution, please reply.

Note: I'm using only single dish, 95'E NSS6/Ses8.

I have had problems with DiSEqC switching on the GTC, it does not always switch as set.

I done every test.... Still not getting channels..... It looks like hardware fault or software issue. I mainly use it for DVB-S/S2,

After usb upgrade i can able to find channels on 95'e channels, but no signal after restart the box...

Can anyone help me please if my hardware has fault?

While blind scan, I'm getting all channels twice. But actuate search help to correct it.....

But some TP is not supported on this costly box, even v7hd can search it well..... Very disappointed with this box.

Update- all H265, HD channels, and FTA channels working well but $ MPEG-2 channels have problem.

Hi

I've had this problem too.
In my case I had to set DISEqC1.1 on Port 1.
You have to know that I have only only one dish and one converter but without this setting my receiver can find only half of transponders and channels.
I've added picture of my settings.

I'm coming from Poland.
I'm sorry but I can't share my channel list because database error when exporting.
It is a common problem when you change something in channel list then you can't export it.

I payed dearly for an Amico A3.
It is a pig!
The menu and channel change is horrible.

The only plus was it "just" did those TP's with multistream until I updated it.
One software update and then no more.
It would not update a TP that changed it's SR.
No powervu.

Good luck and I expect to see you back here.
