If your GTC is stuck in Factory Mode, you can recover by using the patched images below.
Or Download these instructions on how you can remove the Factory Test screen yourself:
These are not authorized/official and only the autostart code discussed below has been modified.
Version 32: The 520MB download is available here: https://uploadfiles.io/fae4r DO NOT INSTALL UNLESS STUCK IN FACTORY MODE!
Version 37: The 520MB download is available here: https://uploadfiles.io/n620r DO NOT INSTALL UNLESS STUCK IN FACTORY MODE!
Unzip the .img file and use USB burning tool to install it.
You will not be able to upgrade to any other version unless the factory fixes this problem, without going back into Factory Mode.

Re: Exit Factory Mode Workaround
If you have the above Factory Test screen on your GTC, then download and follow the below instructions.
I don't have the time, brain power or health anymore to continue this experiment.
I threw these instructions together and tested them on the New version 39 and it works great.
No more losing dvb data or looking at the test screen.
I also tested it on v32 & v37.
I'll show you how to take care of the issue yourself and it should take you less than 10 minutes.
That way you should be able to upgrade and use your GTC without the Factory Test mode running all the time.
Included with these instructions are all the files you will need to:
Root your GTC.
Patch your installed Firmware to exit the factory test mode.
Unbrick your GTC.
I've also included the following 7 Amlogic tools:
Customization Tool - I used this to build the img files.
AMLBootloaderConsole
AMLogic driver installer
AMLogicFlashTool
AMLSerialConsole
AMLUgradeInfo
AML USB Burning tool v2.1.6

root is the best thing, I hope for the future root is included in the latest firmware. because it's a little difficult for those who don't dare to root themselves
