Astra 19,2 satellite List Transponder Channel

Hello,

I have a Freesat GT MEDIA GTC.

when I do a channel search at Astra 19,2 I do not find all channels.

I've also downloaded the latest satellite.xml and imported it into my XML, without success. when I do a channel search I find 600 stations, the next search 800 stations.
mainly he does not find the SKY HD channels.

I also deleted the satellite Astra 19.2 and manually inserted and made a blind scan, unfortunately, without success.

when I connect the antenna cable to my TV he finds all the channels without any problems, so I assume that I have to adjust anything else in the sat receiver.

I do not understand that anymore.

Hope someone can help me.

I can gladly provide an XML from my satellites.

same here tried everything and read all the forum but no solution
and in some channels audio is out of sync

everything else seems to work
my vu+ finds nearby 1500 channels and with gtc about 1000 channels with the same cable

in this condition its a useless item in my living room and i have 2 send it back
every 20€ sat receiver ican buy here in germany in a elektro market can do a channel search and find all channels and no audio is out off sync
im a little bit pissed because i m wasting my time now for a few days to get this gtc device running and it cant do a simple channel search
So hope an engeneer will fix this asap and there will be a firmware fix
