Do a factory reset. Roll back to a previous version meanwhile until bugs on your box are erase. Downlaod from here:

I've done the factory reset and downgraded to the previous software but nothing seems to have changed so far.... Okay the internet is connecting successfully but to stream YouTube and the other apps responds by network error.
Another question is, what logins will i need to stream the IPTV because the ones i'm having says invalid details

<V9Prime /firmware 2023.8.2> <P1><NEW> <91.5E 4160V29700 AXN Sub Title issue><when watching AXN HD TW channel (V-PID 1050), the sub title will be disappeared sometimes. Then you have to press the Sub-T button on remote control to select again, the Sub-title will come back. Or switch to another channel and then switch back, the sub-title will also come back.

If you have low signal levels, that may be the problem.

It is <91.5E 4160V29700, AXN HD TW channel (V-PID 1050)>. This bug can be reproduced. Just watching this channel for a movie which has subtitle. AT first the subtitle is ok. But after several minutes, such as advertisement section passed and the movie continue, the sub title will disappear. The signal quality is good.
