Iks deskey keyboard won't let me apply all the numbers please help any suggest!!

me neither, at the first sight it shows in " * " 28 locations but when you try to update the deskey it only allows you to put 21 characters,
if anyone knows hot to solve it, will be vary appreciated.

now the v9 super only for Spain . we are trying to fix many problems ASAP.
