powervu add keys

Intead of loading the keys from softcam key file .I dicide loading manual add .For example P 0000 00 ocf7d7fedc1452;3045:04134:04444:h powervu.Receiver failing to receive the key in the powervu Biss are ok.In the powervu show at the star 16 zeros .delete the 16 zeros and loading the keys .No't working
